Laser

Our automated 9KW fiber laser cuts up to .625” thick copper material. Used to create complex geometry profiles, the fiber laser delivers precision and speed for mass production. Its flexibility also eliminates tool development for one-offs and R&D projects.

Boscherts

Our Boschert machines can process materials up to .500" thick by 8” wide copper bar. As a CNC punching and notching machine, the Boschert can quickly load and process a wide range of materials to reduce manufacturing costs and lead times.

Stamping

Our coil fed, 220 ton servo stamping machines can produce complex parts in seconds. With the use of our custom built dies, our presses mass-produce a wide variety of precision parts. Maintaining short production processing times, we provide the most cost-effective solution per component.

Band Saw

Ability to saw through material sizes up to 16” high by 20” wide.
