We offer a variety of bending operations. From CNC to manual brakes. We boast an extensive catalog of assorted dies, with the ability to adjust their inner radius, as we also possess the capability to craft custom options right here in-house. Beyond handling complex bending geometry, we also offer twist and radial bending.

Custom Form Dies

With our expert in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we proudly craft the majority of the tooling for customer product development in-house. Our dedicated CNC and design team have a proven track record of creating an extensive array of tooling needed for production, from progressive dies to fixtures. In terms of specialized brake processes, we can deliver custom tool creation in as little as half a day to one week. For special press processes, custom tool creation is achievable within a timeframe of 4 to 14 weeks.
