CNC Vertical Mills

Our CNC vertical mills are able to machine precise dimensions and complex geometries not achievable with standard manufacturing processes. This precision is complimented by high speeds, quick tool changes, and drilling capabilities. Our automated robotic arm supports lights out production, reducing lead times for you.

Gantry Router

Our CNC controlled gantry router is primarily used for non-metallic materials that would not be suited for high heat or punch operations, such as GP0-3, formex, or lexan.

Lathe

We offer precise turning operations. We’re equipped to handle any lengthy or complex turned part that needs milling, drilling, or tapping. With live tooling and feeder automation, we’re able to handle complex operations in one handling, lowering manufacturing costs and lead times.

Tapping

We’re able to install threads and threaded inserts directly in product. Depending on complexity of the part, tapping can be automated or manually processed. If material is too soft for thread assemblies, SPF uses a range of self-clenching fasteners that are also available for installation. See Hardware Insertion.
